    yeah, I get all the ones that aren't location-specific, too. but sometimes I get local ads, like for Mt. Hood tourism, local politics before an election, etc. and lots of Bay Area ads on the radio. so weird. my phone's location should be much more specific than my Roku's.

    you're in Canada, aren't you? even if you're not in QC, maybe they only have one set of Canada-specific ads. I don't get too much weird stuff on TV, but when I'm listening to the radio on my phone, I get ads for "your San Jose Verizon dealer". I'm in Portland, OR.

    and that's with the home team trailing or a tie game. I think with the home team leading, it would have been called in favor of the home team at the point at which it was suspended. not exactly sure on that one.

    if the game were called and not suspended, I think they would have to roll the score (really the whole state of the game, stats and all) back to the previous fully-completed inning. it was 1-1 at the end of the 8th, so the game would be a tie.
