    yeah, I get all the ones that aren't location-specific, too. but sometimes I get local ads, like for Mt. Hood tourism, local politics before an election, etc. and lots of Bay Area ads on the radio. so weird. my phone's location should be much more specific than my Roku's.

    you're in Canada, aren't you? even if you're not in QC, maybe they only have one set of Canada-specific ads. I don't get too much weird stuff on TV, but when I'm listening to the radio on my phone, I get ads for "your San Jose Verizon dealer". I'm in Portland, OR.
