The 3rd down defense, particularly 3rd and long, has been the worst I’ve ever seen at Michigan. This team is so poorly coached at every level. Every weakness they had is the same as week 1 and worse because other teams continue to exploit it and no adjustments are made. We can’t throw and can’t defend 3rd and long. It’s getting worse.

One thing we all can agree on, win probabilities are meaningless with the lions.

Off the top of my head. In no order: Goff, darnold, love, mayfield, cousins, carr, stafford, purdy, Mayfield, Prescott, hurts, Daniels, Lamar, burrow, stroud, Mahomes, Herbert, Rodgers, Allen, tua. That’s 20 better QBs.

Just play zone one time. So maybe an island where Glenn is forced to only call zone defense.

And that’s the bigger concern. Dan Campbell doesnt hold his staff accountable. Overall these are very likable coaches. All of them. But it does have a little good old boys feel to it. Geno has done the same thing for 3 years, shredded mad and passed the heck out of the ball, and never has Glenn adjusted and Dan hasn’t made him. Why not? The strategy needs to come from the head coach. I can’t believe they let a bottom half QB shred them again.

I come away more concerned with the coaches than not. So many head scratching decisions and overall bad strategy. End of the first half. All of the defense. Sticking with man. Play action to take a safety. Like come the heck on. This has got to be cleaned up.

516 yards given up against geno smith, after 2 years of being dominated. It’s so incredibly concerning they haven’t made any adjustments.

Most stats are made up.

Coaches have to be better. They continue to make mind boggling horrible calls. A win is a win.

The nightmare is finally over. Now kneel the ****ing ball. Someone is gonna have to tell the coaching staff how this works. They clearly have no idea. They might try and throw bombs.

Lions completely coming apart. A total coaching meltdown. Even if they win it will make you question what is going on. Unreal.

This is so infuriating.

The end of half coaching is true large scale problem for this team. The botched FG, the first half today. Now this. You truly have a coaching staffing, who have been together for years, who have no clue what they are doing to end half’s or games.

Lol and it was a safety. This coaching staff is still amateur in a lot of phases.

Even when we hold they get 15 yards. This is embarrassing for Aaron Glenn. How can he be this incompetent?

The level of awfulness from this defense is next level.

How many snaps has Houston had and he comes in and gets a penalty?
