Do major busts hit 31 homers? I disagree, and think it’s hyperbole. There’s no denying he’s been awful this year but there’s data to suggest he can and likely will have a good productive career. Major bust are out of baseball in a few years or flounder around in the minors, look at a lot of our picks in the 90’s.

Some say availability is your best ability. I understand he’s been hurt, but that’s just it. He’s been out, not helping the team. Even when he’s been in he’s not played like a 1:1, which apparently is a thing here. I just find it interesting is all. I’m rooting for them both to live up to their potential but it’s quite apparent that others have made up their minds and are dug in as far as Tork goes.

So patience is subjective and not universal. Ok

That’s 1 more elite month than the rest of the lineup, but I get it. Batting behind Colt Kieth has to be a slap to the face. Hopefully he wakes up but I just not seeing that happening anytime soon.

They can’t keep giving him ABs. He needs a trip to Toledo for a couple weeks for a reset at the very least. He just is not seeing the ball at all.
