    Semester is over. We had to have our daughter moved out of her dorm in Chicago today. Mommy and Daddys money doesn't work during summer break.

    from the article. I have not heard anybody NOT calling the events in GAZA a humanitarian crisis.


    One demand was met within hours, when Wilcox emailed a statement to the student body acknowledging the events in Gaza as a “humanitarian crisis.”

    I am so thankful that all the Rubbermaid trash cans at UC will be left in one piece tonight.

    Agree, plus they would out of there with a skill set. At least teach them how to make armor shields out of something more than a rubbermaid trash can lol.

    Not if the kids keep getting shot with loose guns.  I think a lot of people in the minority population are actually clamoring for that. I think a lot of people are sick of idiots giving everyone else a bad rep.    Storing something up high where a kdi can't reach doesn't seem to be too much to ask.     Don't see too many minority mass/spree shooters.    A few here and there but it's mostly white people (who seem to believe that are entitled to have everything they want and when they don't get it - someone needs to suffer for it, usually some kind of targeted group - minorities, gays, women).     I don't think a lot of minorities have that kind of expectation to start with.    Candians have more guns per person than we do and they don't have this problem because I think they tend to be more pragmatic about life (and Canadians aren't nearly as greedy as Americans, but that's starting to change).

    It just gets me the the 18-24 YO "Kids" protesting have no clue how good they have it and probably never will.

    I remember when I was young and after finishing boot camp. My buddy, two days after arriving in Iraq having his hummer destroyed by a IED and blew his legs and balls off. He was 18 and this stayed on his permanent record until he blew his head off on Christmas eve 2012 at his Mom's house.
