Dunno and probably couldn't tell you if i did. I don't think this is the Havana syndrome thing or anything too nefarious but I lack data to make that guess. Unrelated: China is heavily engaged in developing these radars to oppose our significant advantages with stealth. The F-22 will clean all the clocks when it actually enters combat.

Noted that the Russian propaganda trolls zeroed in on Victoria Nuland in this Jennifer Griffin thing. She was specifically a villain to them during the O administration. Deripaska said that she didn't like Russians in the infamous "nastya rybka" video.

the so-called Javelin cage has failed to protect the Russian tanks and raises the vehicle's profile significantly. Its only value is to store equipment.

Remember, the Mig-29s from Poland issue is really about giving Ukraine enough ground attack aircraft to send the Bear running back to mama. They could accomplish the same with more ADA systems and more TB-2s.
