I will never understand a shotgun snap from 4th and and inches. Basically makes it 4th and 2.

Saints are bad. Carr is worse and the saints have the worst cap situation heading into 2024.

Gibbs limited is a positive sign. He is playing.

People are economic. That chiefs opener likely came close to paying for a half of a fans season ticket cost. Easy game to sell if you’re about the dollar. Bucs fans doing the same thing. 4-1 vs 3-1, demand goes up and fans realize they can make a profit. Tickets sold. Lions fans have been saving up for decades.

You absolutely do not need to label JaMo a bust if you conclude LaPorta is the real deal. JaMo has played 2 meaningful games and in one of them he made an all pro adjustment to make the the biggest play of the game. Be comfortable in this fact: LaPorta is case closed…he is him at TE. JaMo, that dude is someone I’m happy we have.

These are not even comparable players LaPorta case is closed. You’re all way to pessimistic.

2 of those wins are against current division leaders, on the road. This Bucs win was a statement. They were 3-1 off a bye with an awesome defense and will likely win that division. Lions were without some key players and still won by 2 scores.

Justin Herbert, something is off there. He missed some wide open throws throughout the game. The oline held up well. Chargers just couldn’t punch it in the end zone. Amazing to watch across the league and see just how good Goff is right now. He doesn’t miss throws like Herbert was missing tonight.

I would expect Montgomery to miss two games. That gives him a month to heal with the bye week.

I am a lower bowl snub. But I only go to one or two games a year and I get vertigo. I always look for seats in the end zone, 4 or 5 rows from the top and right next to a bathroom and food. Never have to wait in line or miss any action.

Getting Gibbs and Branch back would be a big boost. Also more snaps for Jaymo would help open the offense a bit. Get this game and then they take an extra days rest to play the raiders on MNF before they get a much needed bye week. Can’t come soon enough. 7-1 or 6-2 going into the bye and then hopefully getting some players back would be great. 5 of the last 9 games are against division opponents.

The complaint is to 2nd and long runs. Not runs in general.

Campbell called the plays after Lynn was canned. Ben was promoted to OC but wasn’t calling plays. I don’t have a huge fear of Ben Johnson leaving because Campbell will still be here.
