So is that all there is left to do this season? discuss and argue over what deals could or should have been made at the deadline. Ugh depressing season.

Ukraine continues to launch attacks on Russia. https://www.wsj.com/articles/behind-ukraines-deadly-drones-putins-invasion-and-bidens-limits-5f2f2cf?mod=latest_headlines If the Administration trotted out a State Department foreign policy wonk to discuss the topic, it's a pretty safe bet he/she would establish those talking points and wrap everything up in a nice, neat package. Unfortunately it's not that simple. The Administration has kinda backed itself into a corner by giving/promising total and unconditional support to the Ukrainians. The concern is the emboldened Ukrainians have gotten to the point where they will do whatever they want relative to escalating the war, confident in their belief Biden will have to support whatever they do. And that's probably true considering the amount of money and material we've provided, think "too big to fail" at this point. If the Ukrainians keep upping the ante with disregard for the wishes of their primary benefactor, it could get ugly fast for the US and NATO.
