I decided to watch the last inning where Cleveland is hanging by the skin of their teeth over the Astros, 6–5 and thanks to a pitch clock violation Fry stayed alive and hit a home run to make it 7-5.
Right now, Cleveland is doing us the favor of beating the Astros 4–0 in the fifth. Ramirez hit a three run homer and the Guardians pitcher Bibee has held. the Astros hitless for four innings.
They pulled Montero after six innings even though he’d only thrown 68 pitches so my assumption is that when he gets very far into the third time through the batting order that he gets hit a lot harder I’m just guessing and I don’t know how to look this up.
I didn’t realize the Tigers promoted Kevin McGonigle, Max Clark, and Josue Briceño, from High-A West Michigan to Double-A Erie. I thought I spent enough time on this site but apparently not enough.
