This year's pick? In a heartbeat.  You're not getting much at 27 or wherever they end up picking. 

JB and the culture he has created here is exactly what Zion needs. If he can't do it here he won't do it anywhere. And if it doesn't work you can cut him at no cost since his contract is no longer guaranteed. Low risk high reward.
