I did learn he is from Detroit and played at Cass Tech for two years before transferring to IMG.

I absolutely agree except PG is the one spot where it matters. You have to be able to keep your guy in front of you.   It’s a killer if they can drive the lane with ease and either kick for a 3 or take it all the way for 2.

Good, well run teams still care about defense. It's no coincidence that the four top ranked defenses are OKC, Detroit, San Antonio, and Boston.

I have been trying to fight it, but I don't see how he doesn't win MVP.  Unless voters completely ignore the defensive side of his game, which wouldn't shock me I guess.
