How would you grade Harris's job performance as GM post Trade Deadline 2026

I give him an A/ A- . We are in good hands and I trust him and think he will only get better.

I'm glad I read the posts, because I thought it was pretty much talking about the trades in the last week and now that they are done what do I think about those trades?

Overall he's in the B range, but now that the team has a nucleus it embraces, this is really where he's going to earn his money. We need to see how the players picked up in the last week end up impacting the team and see how he's going to put other talent around his pretty reasonable base of young quality players.  Let's see if he's able to get the pieces around those players so that maybe we are talking about the Tigers truly being a 92+ win team each year and in the legit conversation to represent the AL in a future World Series. Getting to the next step is the key now.
