    here it's day 3 of no mask mandate. the few places I've been to in that time still have signs requiring them. no one seems too bothered. even in line at a food cart today—outdoors—everyone was masked (including noses).

    the "anti-car" vehicle is apparently Ukranian, according to the comments. someone suggested that that might happen if the car was suspected of carrying a (hostile) bomb. I didn't watch the entire video (and don't care to unless nothing worse happens after the car gets run over), though, so I dunno.
