  1. Neither are judges appointments. Another priority
  2. I find Tea Green shampoo great for clearing the sinuses
  3. I thought the 1968 ACC final was quite entertaining in a weird way
  4. This is refreshing, kind of a throw back
  5. This is a really good thread, read the whole thing....
  6. Bill Schuette didn't politicize the office when he was AG? Come on be honest. It's an elective office. By nature it's going to become political.
  7. If it's the game I just saw in youtube I agree. The way we played in the mid '60 was the reason they invented cups.
  8. And BTW, be sure to drink your daily 8 oz of urine to prevent infection.
  9. I just looked on line. They've wimped out the game
  10. Or make crab soccer a lettered sport.
  11. Bit is a relative term. OK way too old....
  12. My son's a bit old for Little League. Played a bit when he was younger. Back then I bought him a week at a White Sox sponsored hitting camp. He went 1 for the season. Fourth grade grandson is more into basketball.
  13. That's it, whether you had 2 guys, 20 guys or whatever you were out on the sandlot ,vacant field or someone's backyard playing some variation of the game. You just needed a ball, something that resembled a bat and maybe a glove (which a lot of the time was shared). You knew the lineups of your favorite team and probably most of the teams in the league. Can't say that for kids today for various reasons.
  14. One could pin the last on on Jordan Love if you want to pick at nits
  15. I saw tweets about Youngkin being responsible and shook my head. From a former traffic reporter standpoint that was a no win situation for whomever was in charge. Rapid cooling and heavy snow after rain most of the day. Throw in the Monday after a major holiday period where a large portion of the east coast was trying to get back home from vacations. That stretch of 95 is horrible on a normal weekend anyway. And it was the first snow of the season. We all know how that works....
  16. Not NFL related but I’ve known several managers who hired assistants based on resume and great interviews that later turned out to be not as advertised. Give him credit for moving on and hopefully learning from his experience
  17. No more colonoscopies, no lung ex ray, no blood tests for potential diabetes, heart disease, etc. Welcome to the fifties, Making America Great Again...
  18. I don't either, but when a 1350 sq ft 2 BR apartment in Wolverine Lakeruns more than our 2800 sq ft 4 bedroom house in Farmington Hills you wonder. Especially when you look at the starting rents of the new matchboxes they're building in Commerce Twp. Fortunately our mortgage on our place here in Burnt Ordinary is reasonable. I did threaten to leave the furniture in the apt since it seemed cheaper to pay the penalty and buy new stuff than move it, even do it yourself.
  19. I'm not against landlord making money. But after recently for three years in a corporate built and earned complex and watching rents rise nearly $1,000 during that time with no real change in service. I wonder how the average person can afford it. That said, moving is also expensive. Even if you have family and friends willing to give up time to help.
  20. There is going to be more fall from the rigged election folly
  21. So tonight we have a muppet dissing other muppets. Come to think of it there was a muppet on his show last night. And can we prove that DFP (Defeated Former President) wasn't actually a Muppet? Donnie the Grump
  22. Still a whippersnapper, got you by 20. You're too young to remember Air78 from 30 years ago
  23. I thought you were a whipper snapper
