  1. Fishstick guy be an act all the way.
  2. The NFL has a tiered franchise system as well. I don't follow the NBA as closely. I assume its as bad. Screw any league management that allows that.
  3. Spencer Turnbull and any other pitcher injured makes much more sense.
  4. I mean, that's fraud. If I were any player injured for any kind of play related to the juiced balls, I would get a lawyer and sue Manfred's ass.
  5. Rob goddamn Manfred putting juiced balls in "highly important" games played by the preferred franchises and dud balls in games played by the loser teams (e.g., the AL central) tells you this maniac has got to go. Why do the Tigers even bother to play unless this is all wrestling and anyone who pays for a ticket is a mark?
  6. It should not end until Manfred is gone or in jail
  7. https://mgoblog.com/content/upon-further-review-2021-offense-vs-ohio-state#read-more This UFR for the offense is a thing of wonder and beauty. The quotes at the end of the drive summaries are amazing. I wanted to go run up a hill and jump up and down just reading this.
  8. Remembering Bodie in The Wire eating his sandwich with McNulty outdoors and grousing about not being bailed out with a pay lawyer.
  9. Stupid liberals making us not celebrate Rule V. Well screw that. Merry Rule Vmas!
  10. He sounds like Eddie Murphy's character in Bowfinger
  11. the Astros leadership are apparently turtling over cost of doing business and they might still want Correa. So, keeping powder dry...
  12. Is Grienke driving the bus?
  13. Lost a lot of shooting talent and the kids have not found their games yet. I see great things in Diabate and Houstan but the overall package is lacking.
  14. The article describes how the three of these dudes formed...
  15. I think there is a general consensus that NIL is swampy, but fair way to maybe get some compensation for players. Its not quite as bad as gamblers and touts being given free run of the campuses. Its not quite the serfdom of the past. There are thoughts out there that Michigan isn't competing like it should in this arena. So according to this piece in the hometown paper, the largest alumni group in the World(tm) is taking action. Including some very recent athletes including Jake Butt, Jared Wangler and former hockey player Niko Porikos. https://www.michigandaily.com/sports/football/in-nil-arms-race-michigan-and-its-student-athletes-turn-to-third-party-companies-for-assistance/
  16. They need one of the OSU receivers but it would be criminal to pick one that early. So, maybe they need the most dynamic QB
  17. OSU had two NFL quality OTs? and Hutch and Ojabo both had that day? Good to play at home I guess.
  18. I have no doubt Ferentz can come up with a gameplan to stop the run. M has had the ability to run against every opponent this season thus far. Corum being healthier and Edwards coming into his own as an outlet receiver is going to be a big help. M has not stopped the run lately. That concerns me. I don't know if Iowa can withstand our pass rush. edit: looks like OSU only ran for 64 yards. It seemed like we didn't stop them when they did run.
  19. It appears like a bunch of pre-verts made that show to spread their preversions.
  20. Are you saying the entire Oklahoma State team are gay?
  21. I remember rejecting this as entertainment for my kids because it lacked Australia content
  22. If we don't blow their doors off them Maryland style, we don't deserve to move on.
