  1. and carolina.
  2. zachharie risascher. name to watch. sf defensive wiz who can actually shoot threes.
  3. 28 straight losses is the record. 26 straight in one season. we can do it!
  4. 4-39 since he traded for james wiseman. HOW DOES THIS MAN STILL HAVE A JOB?
  5. raymond blew it by missing a wide open net and putting it right at sheshterkin. wings pp is atrocious without larkin. rangers come down and score after husso blows a save and gives up a rebound. they'll be lucky if they wave that off.
  6. kreider totally claude lemieux's debrincat. announcers: "meh, he knew it was coming....how about that save by sheshterkin!"
  7. rangers are working them now. its the same ol problem: cant match the other team's top talent. even more apparent without larkin.
  8. monty is going nowhere. and nothing will ultimately change until gores no longer owns the team. in the meantime, firing troy weaver is the first thing he should do. but who takes his place? arn tellum? arn tellum's kid? you have an incompetently run franchise for a reason: tom gores has placed cronies and agents in charge of the team.
  9. its like theyre gus johnson and joel klatt doing an ohio state game.
  10. "at times" being the entire game.
  11. nice job, jinx.
  12. https://www.nba.com/pistons/a-letter-from-troy-weaver "Overall, our players have overwhelmingly embraced the core principle of going to work and competing every night. We are in an excellent spot to upgrade our roster this offseason. We’ve positioned ourselves for another high draft choice in this year’s draft, we have a favorable salary cap position, and we’ll continue to talk with teams and evaluate trade opportunities as they present themselves." they used their cap space on joe harris.
  13. remember all that cap space we have? we used it to acquire joe harris, james wiseman, marvin bagley, deandre jordan, and second round picks we dont use.
  14. remember when troy weaver traded bruce brown for dazan musa? or tony snell for dwayne dedmon, then stretched dedmon so he could sign mason plumlee, and then traded a draft pick the next year to drop plumlee's contract? SUCH ****ING INCOMPETENCE!
  15. this really is some kind of train wreck.
  16. down by less than 30. progress.
  17. seeing "t. prince" in the lineup always reminds me of del's hatred of tayshaun prince back o' the day.
  18. hey, lebron is playing. down only 12 after 1! keeping it close!
  19. and 2006 didnt have streaming to draw off viewers. speaking of colorado, they have 9 players signed for next year, only one of which is an offensive lineman and he's not rated highly. they just had three guys decommit. and the rules will prohibit them from totally remaking the team this year through the portal. colorado's team fell apart as their "star" players, a/k/a deion sanders' sons plus travis hunter, acted selfish and above the rest of the team, and their coach did nothing about it (because he's not really a coach). recruiting and team building in college football is about building relationships and doing a lot of hard work. i doubt deion does either. i dont think this will end well for colorado, unless you want to grade them on how many clicks they get rather than how many games they win.
  20. your dislike of mlb's management has nothing to do with the purpose of the mlb draft.
  21. none of that has any relevance to your initial statement on the purpose of the draft. good organizations acquire and develop talent, especially in baseball where one player matter the least of any of the four major sports. mlb is making money?????? THE HORROR! they should only make enough money to pay their employees. that would be fair.
  22. no. the purpose of the draft was to disburse talent to struggling franchises. the leagues contain more than just the most successful teams in the biggest markets. remember the nba and nfl drafts when the #1 picks would come into the league making more money than anyone else at their positions? CHANGES were made to control costs and agreed to by the unions. but the PURPOSE was to distribute talent to other franchises besides the usual suspects. and to create drama and spectacle which increases interest in the leagues in the offseason.
  23. it takes time to learn how to be an nfl linebacker. the issue with campbell was taking him at 17, not that he wasnt athletic. he's very athletic.
  24. that cant be right. not even weaver is that dumb. more importantly, OTHER GMS arent that dumb. any gm worth his salt would have offered a bunch of second round picks and a 6'11 project center who cant shoot if they really wanted to entice weaver.
  25. she got more than the bag! hey o...
