Mortgage rates have found the 7% shelf again. Inflationary pressures are keeping Jerome awake at night. The most debated conversation-smooth landing-is still undecided. 

It’s still (sort of) early but this is a good series to see where the team is after a month of play. Two out of three in St. Pete would be trophy worthy right now.

The hype machine is always histrionic, although it has seemed to kick up a notch of late. 

The MLB page is ridiculous with constant hypothetical projections and ‘what ifs’ on a daily basis. I pretty much gave up on the stuff.
