Personally I think it's super fair to ask why the health department hasn't done it.

Her Health Director does have the power to do so however, and thus far have not. Really I don't think they have in 2021 at all. There have been some departures from the health department that have seemed weird.

Covid is definitely in my neighborhood. I'm hearing a lot of people who have it or have someone in their household quarantining. I think it's more at one point in time than in any other time during the pandemic I think.
