Goff has one of the lowest pressure to sack rates in the NFL. Only Allen and Mahomes are lower. That is absolutely crazy considering Goff has no mobility at all. He has scrambled a total of 7 times all year. That's right, 7. His ability to hang in the pocket and not take sacks is really underrated.

JG is pretty quick to get rid of the ball when pressure comes. We’ve seen him drive the ball toward a RB feet numerous times or Chuck it out of bounds to avoid a sack. Occasionally too close for comfort. 🫤

  2. So NFL has shut down a jersey exchange (Stafford for another) and a free watch party at a MI theater?  What's the legal justification, especially the jersey swap? Statements from both start identically and then describe the event..."At the request of the NFL..."

Can't imagine they were contacted with a simple request..."Hey would you please not do this..." I suspect the threat of legal action. Seems like a bully move, pushing these individuals into compliance?

    Bad look or justified?

Here's a scenario, we got 2 minutes left in OT and we just got the ball on our own 30, A win OR TIE secures the division, do you play it safe and just run out the clock insuring the tie or do you be aggressive and try to win which also brings up the possibility of a loss?

If the opponent cannot stop the clock, I milk the play clock for all its worth and run x 3 taking out the remaining time, take the tie and the division.  If more favorable seeding in playoffs comes with a W, I might cautiously play for the W with the goal of getting in range for a time expiring FG attempt. Lots of unknown there though, depending on how that game has played out...

Seattle scored a lot of points on them to. That game was similar to the Lions game with Seattle except Dallas came out ahead. They also beat an Eagles team that is struggling right now.

I'm hoping the same Dallas rush D from Buffalo shows again.

I think the "Dallas is unbeatable at home" line is a bit overplayed. They're 7-0 in Jerry's World, yes, but that's come against the Jets, Patriots, Rams, Giants, Commanders, Seahawks, and Eagles. A combined record of 41-57. They should beat four of those teams blindfolded. Credit where it's due for the other three, but a good team against a 0.500 team should win more often than not at home. And divisional games between good teams are always expected to be competitive.

Detroit will deserve to be the underdog but I wouldn't completely write them off.

Low expectations for that game. And yes, it's only 7 wins or something, this season. But I think it's something like 14 home wins in a row. They just don't lose at home.

I'm with MC on this one. Yes, 14-0 is worth recognizing, and Dallas is good. Nothing is absolute.

    Not writing them off also.

Saleh's seat should be warm. The way that franchise is run right now though, it will probably just depend on what Aaron Rodgers wants to have happen.

What a NY mess! Anticipating all the daily drama over this offseason already. Ugh!
