Another thing here is, Rushing was just drafted in 22. Cartaya is on their 40 man. Cartaya struggled offensively last year. Rogers is a much better catcher than either Cartaya or Rushing.

They wouldn't give up Rogers in the deal for Rushing. Rushing can't throw, he's not going to be a catcher.
