More competition, nice. Great deal. 2018 first rd pick who played well last year. Okudah and Jacobs coming off of injury, CB is a position where someone can really step up. The Jacobs injury was so unfortunate.

I’m definitely in on Willis. I think he should be the pick at 2.

Walker at 2 is such a reach.

If it’s not hutch, I’d really prefer to trade down if possible. I think Walker is such a reach at 2. Thibs is a mess. Hopefully some other team falls in love with Willis and wants to move up. Or they fall in love with one of the edge guys. I’d even be fine trading down into the teens and getting a WR and getting more top 100 picks this year and a another 1st next year.

JRM is out. See, Lions aren’t bringing back everyone. I still expect them to sign a LB and draft one in the first 3 rounds. Really feel this is a perfect year to trade down if Hutch is gone at 1.

I’m a hard no on Thibs at any pick, guy is gonna be a bust. If hutch is there at 2, then ok. Walker will likely be there as far back as 10.

This is the perfect year to trade down.

The defense showed massive improvement as the season progressed. They were hit with ungodly amounts of injury with everyone playing for new coaches. Based on that, and expecting them to add talent in the draft, I would feel comfortable saying this will be a top 20 defense next year. In year 2 of the rebuild, that’s a good place to be. There is a reason Glenn is going to be an NFL head coach.

I’m all about trading down and picking up another 1st for next year and an extra 2nd this year.

Cowboys announced randy Gregory deal to stay in Dallas, not long later it turns out Gregory is signing with the broncos. Hilarious.

They have signed the guys that actually played well. Harris and Walker were guys I wanted to keep. Anzalone is on a backup deal. The real infusion will come from the draft. They have done nothing to stunt the rebuild and have kept good players that have bought into the direction of the team. Holmes is doing a really nice job.

No issue with this deal. The money is less than I thought he would get.

One lions beat writer thought he would get 3/24 on the market. This comes in under that and only a 2 year deal with the cap expected to jump considerably. I like the deal. Short and of fine value.
