Fields can do a lot of things real well. Just not the main thing, which is play quarterback. I also think the Bears are destroying him. His first major injury is inevitable with the pounding he's taking. ACL tear, LCL tear, ankle... whatever it ends up being it'll eventually cost him his escapability just like RG3. Without decent protection or receiver help, the guy will never develop and learn to play the position
