Sure, but he’s doing absolutely nothing else well. On the other hand, it’s time to figure out what the plan is for him. Is he gonna be a 1B? 2B? DH? Elsewhere? He doesn’t have the athletic diversity to be moving around the diamond without extensive practice. He’s not a McKinstry/Ibanez/Don Kelly. So pick one spot and let him play it every day, be that in Detroit or Toledo. That might help his deer-in-headlights looking face a bit.
