Its not quite as bad as gamblers and touts being given free run of the campuses. Its not quite the serfdom of the past. There are thoughts out there that Michigan isn't competing like it should in this arena. So according to this piece in the hometown paper, the largest alumni group in the World(tm) is taking action. The goal is to offer third-party services, independent from the University, to assist, provide and manage NIL monetization opportunities for all student-athletes.
