Deleterious Posted June 25 Author Posted June 25 Haynes said the same thing. Although, about 45 minutes before the Giannis trade he had Girannis going to Boston, and he's related to Giannis. So yeah. Quote
Hongbit Posted June 25 Posted June 25 Melo to the Raptors is an international incident waiting to happen. The State Department should use government intervention to override any trade. Quote

buddha Posted June 25 Posted June 25 how bad did charlotte want to get away from lamelo ball? lol. Quote
Deleterious Posted June 25 Author Posted June 25 People keep saying it has the potential to be huge for Charlotte since they expect Ant to want out of Minnesota by time they are due. I question if he will actually ask out or not. If he stays and signs his next extension with Minnesota its probably worth $75 million over 5 years more than any other team can give him. He is only eligible for that contract if he signs it with the team that drafted him. $15 million a year is a lot of money even to an already rich person. My guess is he signs the extension with Minnesota, waits the 1 year he is ineligible to be traded, then asks out. Which would be 2030ish I guess. Quote

Deleterious Posted June 25 Author Posted June 25 Ball has played in 61% of his possible games since coming into the league. No matter how you feel about his on court performance, it's hard to overlook how many games he misses. Quote

Deleterious Posted June 26 Author Posted June 26 That has to be one of the most lopsided trades in league history. Quote
