I only remember that campaign because there was a rather attractive young lady who sat between home and the 1B dugout in Chicago and was always on-camera wearing that shirt when the camera would focus on the LHB between pitches. she stopped showing up when he left the Sox.

I remember in the early 2010s or so that there was a campaign to get AJ into the all-star game with the slogan "punch out AJ" (or maybe "punch out Pierzynski"). obvious double meaning there.
