bsky on the United Healthcare CEO shooting has been the one time I've been a bit disappointment in its "antibodies" of that platform, because a lot of folks are leaning into the wrong narratives on that one.
He can be a member of a distasteful class of people and a human being at the same time. Now, he's probably the Brent character from "The Good Place" (i.e., an unreconstructable born-on-third-base person with limited empathy) but, people hooting about someone finally putting some fear into the type of people who want to deny sick kids on chemotherapy anti-nausea meds, or anesthesia while you are under the knife (the Anthem news that was out there) is not a good trend.
All that said, dude had a silencer on his pistol. That means he had a pistol that required a tax stamp. I'd be amazed if that isn't making the big data swoop on his identity much easier.
