  1. I'm ok with Miggy getting these ABs this garbage season but he can't continue hold a premier spot in the batting order if we are really trying to win. Perhaps however, the Tigers are in the business of providing fodder for the gambling interests and sales of nostalgia for times when they had better leadership
  2. I saw this when it happened.
  3. So much for Miggy's knee problem. Or, is this his final night at Comerica?
  4. The Crumbley's...that was one fine family. How did the $4k in alcohol factor in the mess that was the kid's life?
  5. This was part of the motion to rule for a mistrial that the Jones team made...that the fact that Jones was compiling psychiatric records (kinda shifty, eh?) of plaintiff families was protected by HIPAA.
  6. Judge denied the motion to dismiss from the Jones team. She said that Jan 6 committee is likely to subpeona all the records and that cat is well out of the bag.
  7. Do you need a hug?
  8. I think he will be fine. Give the man his due. I don't see the Illitch family or the Ford family sending their kids off to the wars.
  9. Rusty Bauers learned.
  10. I think the fact that more Ds turned out for Slotkin than Rs for whoever that guy is in a district that is very purple when there was a GOP primary for Gov seems indicative that the D vote is energized.
  11. This thread is impossible to get through without: Laughing, Grinding your teeth other involuntary reactions
  12. He'd get off on that as some sort of BDSM scene. He'd start showing up with a leather hood with a zipper over his mouth.
  13. Oh, this is a bigger deal
  14. Yeah, the lawyer I showed to this to was a bit flummoxed. He said...it wouldn't be beyond Alex Jones to try something this scummy and the type of lawyer he retained would also be open to that. But, the civil case makes it hard to pull off. Particularly if it revealed criminality.
  15. couldn't happen to a nicer guy
  16. There was considerable vote for No in the rural areas that went against the tide of the districts. Even where it was +90 R vote for this election it was closer to +50 for Yes.
  17. Meijer deserves respect for the impeachment vote. I would have been happier if he survived to bolster the fading GOP "Respect for the Rule of Law caucus" but if his loss becomes another vote for a moderate governing Dem party, good.
  18. vital message sent to bullies everywhere
