Terry Foster and Jamie Samuelson were ripping off jokes about something or other that I can't remember. In short, I couldn't see that group having any special knowledge about anything. Just a bunch of guys speculating and reporting what was told to them for the reasons that helped the teller.

I think with some of this there is a concern that they are trying to drive a narrative that suits the betting touts.

I know he said that the Tigers had nothing to worry about in the Guardians series after they took the lead in the series. That was when i knew they were cooked. As for the point about his being bad or good. He's unlucky and a counter-indicator. That is the baseline of my suspicions about him.
