I had to deal with a MIL with it within the past few years in our house. My wife dealt with it with great elan but it took its toll and my MIL was at core a nice person so it wasn't anywhere as bad as it could have been. Still, dealing with her in the house, feeding a person, picking them up from the daycare memory facility, and she just wasn't there like she had been earlier in our relationship.
Having said that: I definitely hope for the worst for DJT in this regard. Him and his family. He has ruined too many lives not to get a pass from the actuarial tables. He can't be out of office and off this mortal coil soon enough.
