    My son and my money go there. But sure as hell, it was the Quicken Loans guy who covered the difference for him to go there vice some school in Virginia. They seem to have deep pockets these days in EL.

    My son the freshman at MSU sends that the natives in EL are pretty restless. He's more into D&D and Halo to give too much of a damn for football (this was the smartest thing I ever did for him, not imposing my fan obsessiveness on him).

    Can I just say the couple in the Behr paint commercial who don't mind if you spill on their freshly painted walls is very much a sleeper favorite commercial for me. Particularly when the lady squeezes her husband's arm just a bit too much -- implying she's not quite right in the head. Her transformation from regular housewife to paint obsessed wonton really does seem like high art posing as advertising.
