  1. Don't know, I avoid anything to do with him. I don't care for Pat Caputo much, but that's a matter of personal taste. Pat doesn't do anything bad, I just don't think he's very good on the radio. Probably a nice guy.
  2. not when you're rich. Rumor is that he was too much of a partier/playboy to be considered to run the car company so they bought him the Lions (to avoid the public asking 'why isn't he moving up in the company?') and as unsuccessful as the Lions have been with W/L, they printed him money, while the auto company went though ups and downs for decades. The Spanos family cried poverty and loses money with the Chargers. How much do you have to suck to lose money with an NFL team? Just pay them and send them on their way and move the chargers back to San Diego. If only to bring back the damn disco song.
  3. Moss was a guy who wanted to be in Sports Radio and when he didn't break through (it's hard as hell to break through) he went on personal revenge campaigns that, to me, bordered on stalking. Digging into people's personal lives. He was (and is) unhinged, and not in a humorous way.
  4. Maybe insight into why WCF Jr. didn't remain at the top of Ford Motor Co for very long, but honestly Millen is a very smart guy. Bob Quinn is a very smart guy. Matt Patricia (we're told) is a very smart guy. Doesn't mean they were good GMs or Coaches.
  5. We're 3 weeks in, that injury's coming.
  6. I would say that it's the last Miggy HR, but I have a feeling on Sunday a Cleveland pitcher is going to intentionally serve one up (like McLain to Mantle in '68).
  7. I remember the interview Bill Ford Jr. did on WDFN right after the Millen introduction press conference. He used the words, and I kid you not, "Towering Intellect" when speaking of MIllen.
  8. a 13 month-old baby..............
  9. I thought he was the perfect Head Coach for the time he was hired. They needed a "f you" guy to recover from 0-16, but he just never stopped being that guy. You can be that way at the start but you have to chill after that because nobody buys into it after a year or two. If he'd hired a better O Coordinator he might have been more successful here. I don't dislike the guy, I just don't like that he got carried off the field after winning a game. Thought that was kind of classless.
  10. He'll rebound at MSU next year.
  11. Rules did get changed because of the Noles for Noles trade. Bill Madlock was far more instrumental with a slide into second base.
  12. Yep. He shouldn't have a job today. They should have kept Rich Bisaccia. They played hard for him.
  13. Said this before and we'll all say it again. Josh McDaniels has no business being an NFL Head Coach. Brady made him. Down 8 with 2 minutes left inside the 10 and kick a Field Goal? Should be fired today. Not even joking. He does not know what he's doing.
  14. Dicky Noles - who was traded for ............ Dicky Noles
  15. But didn't they at least give him something high-end? And the Astros gave him a bottle of wine from Dusty Baker's vineyard, but that's at least persona. The Marlins and Astros gave him other stuff too. But the A's...........what a joke.
  16. Do the analytics agree with playing a star player in a game that means nothing and getting them hurt?
  17. That wasn't the last game ever in Oakland, was it? By the way, a $90 bottle of wine was the gift to Miggy? Way to Cheap Out, A's. Plus, he's an alcoholic. Idiots. John "Rachel Phelps" Fisher..........
  18. Got to win this division this year or next - the Bears will be tough by Caleb William's second year.
  19. The good luck has run out for the Vikings.
  20. Seriously, tell me about the Chargers TD. I missed it
  21. Hey yous guys............I think they got the #2 pick right last year.
