Never been a big Springsteen fan, but his album Nebraska is a masterpiece. I have been listening to the whole album pretty much the last couple weeks. Just rediscovered it with the lossless on Spotify. So imagine my shock when I saw a commercial for a new movie about Springsteen and his making of Nebraska and apparently how the record company was not too happy to release an all acoustic album about working class struggles and men doing dark deeds. I love your optimism, Romad. But I truly think we are in for dark times that may not end in our lifetime. This guy is a monster and his voters are cultists who will love him no matter what. Just like those Germans that still loved Hitler after WWII was over. Even after all the destruction he brought. Trumpers are a lost cause. Even after Trump croaks, others that are much smarter than him will continue this new fascism period. Right now in the world, there is no one that will stop the bad people from doing the things they want to do. The America that I love is on the verge of falling. If not already fallen.

When Democrats are shot

Remember how the right treated the two democrats that were shot in Minnesota? One of them dying? Then Trump saying he wouldn't call the governor because he was a wacko? Remember how the right joked about Pelosi's husband being attacked?

I saw it. If he survives this, he must be the anti-Christ. (Surviving a grievous headwound thingy.) Because he went over like a puppet whose strings had been cut. And the blood gushed out. Lots of it.

And this is why he wanted it killed. So uninformed people (ie Fox News watchers) would say the Democrats are weak on immigration and border enforcement.

I went to Kroger the other day and the fresh veggie section was completely bare. I don't know if it is because this mess or the fact that Kroger is a terrible company. Probably both.
