  1. Now instead of expanding the base we have to beg Democrats to vote for a Democrat to protect democracy.
  2. The thing is, there doesn't need to be a large shift to throw the election to Trump. Pennsylvania and Wisconsin were about 1% wins. Michigan was 3%. 2016 came down to Stein voters. The worst part is we have elected Democrats encouraging people to vote uncommitted. Then come November when nothing changes expecting them to now support Biden. It just doesn't work that. The stakes are higher than they ever been and Democrats are playing games.
  3. It always amuses me when states like Wyoming are like we want to break away from the US. Bitch you need to US more than the US needs you. There are probably only 2-3 states that could stand alone as countries. California and probably Texas and New York.
  4. In 2016 Trump only got 32% of the vote in the South Carolina primary. Nearly 70% voted for someone else. Cruz, Rubio, Bush were Trump critics. Kasich even endorsed Biden in 2020. Trump won them all over. Republicans fall in line and Democrats fall in love. It's why Democrats lose so many elections they should win.
  5. I don't doubt she will. What I'm saying is more of that Haley vote will come around on Trump in November than the uncommitted vote will come around on Biden. We saw it in 2016.
  6. Haley, Cruz, Graham, Stefaniak etc all came around on Trump in 2016. Democrats need to fall in love with a candidate. These tankies aren't going to come around. They will be the loudest come 2025 when Trump is president and have their stupid protests and ridiculous pink hats. I have lost all patience with this wing of the Democratic party.
  7. I did early in person Saturday. It was really easy and convenient. It was set up at city hall. Filled out the card and got my ballot and then was directed to another room. There were two blacks guys blocking the entrance to voting area, looked like a father and son. They were talking and shaking hands with a blonde woman and was thinking to myself when are they going to get the hell out of the way. I then realized the woman they were talking to was Jocelyn Benson. I was like I have to get in on this and almost started throwing people aside like Trump at the G20. I shook her hand but she seemed to be in a hurry so I just said hello and she moved on. I wanted to ask if she was voting uncommitted.
  8. Virtue signaling or purity contest, whatever you want to call it, it's more games played by Democrats when faced with a threat nobody currently alive has ever seen in this country. Republicans fall in line and Democrats fall in love. I'm keeping a list of all these Democrats who are supporting uncommitted and they can just piss the hell right off.
  9. Here's the problem I have with the uncommitted vote. You have a state rep above virtue signaling about a foreign war the US didn't start, doesn't have troops on the ground, and doesn't control. She's sending a message about "genocide" (she doesn't even know what genocide means apparently) and then expects everyone to vote for Biden in November. What of the message is not received? Then what? You said in February there was this genocide and you can't support Biden to send a message, well now you should support Biden even though you said he was doing a genocide? This is 2016 all over again. The Bernie Bros spent the whole virtue signaling. Most came around but enough voted for Jill Stein or stayed home and threw the election to Trump. There's no doubt that if Trump wins and start stripping away rights, Jamie Churches will be the first to be outraged and fundraise off of it. We are facing an unprecedented threat and Democrats are off virtue signaling and having purity contests yet again. This is why Democrats lose so often. I guarantee more of these never Trump Haley voters will come around on Trump than uncommitted voters coming around on Biden.
  10. I currently don't have a state house rep. There's a special election in April. I emailed the candidate who won the Democratic primary and will win the special election on whether she is voting for Biden or uncommitted. Her response determines whether I vote in April.
  11. The US is facing the greatest domestic threat since the civil war and democrats are busy virtue signaling over a foreign war the US isn’t involved in.
  12. They restructured his contract and the franchise tag would have been over $30 million. They couldn't afford it. There would be no logical reason even for Mayhew to not franchise him before getting a long term contract.
  13. Hilary derangement affects the left just as much as the right.
  14. What I like about the calls for replacing Biden because he's old is they skip right over Harris. Then, they really can't decide on who either Whitmer or Newsom. If Whitmer or Newsom became the nominee, the right would just come up with a new attack. Those candidates look better because they haven't run for president and gotten the full wrath of the right wing apparatus.
  15. It's literally not because in 2016 there was no incumbent. If Obama was able and running for a 3rd term, I would not have voted for Bernie Sanders or Clinton or anyone other than Obama. With that said, voting for Sanders was one of my most regrettable voting decisions I ever made.
  16. Term limits means they are even more beholden to special interests and you get less qualified candidates. Term limits has been one of the biggest cons sold to the public.
  17. Johnson was the only incumbent to not run for a 2nd term when eligible. It didn't turn out well for his party. Maybe if Kennedy doesn't get assassinated it changes things.
  18. There were several quality candidates in 2020. Biden beat them all. This DNC being an evil entity in their lair deciding who the nominee is didn't really start until the Bernie losers started crying about losing. It was Bernie Sanders who was claiming the election was rigged before Trump.
  19. In 2020 there was Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris, Corey Booker, Amy Klobuchar, Michael Bloomberg, and Joe Biden as legitimate choices. Where is this lack of choice? When Buttigieg and Klobuchar realized they weren't going to win, they got the hell out right away and got behind Biden.
  20. This also works for Republicans with people protesting voting.
