Everything has suggested minimal change. I hate that Dems are making me do this, but I have to quote Aaron Rodgers: relax.

It's either elect Joe Biden or elect Donald Trump. I'm not going to indulge in fantasies of Gavin Newsom, who has baggage himself, being the nominee.

I've said he is a bad speaker and had a poor debate. The fact is, he's a good effective president. I know you want people to piss themselves over the debate, but he is a much candidate than Trump. If you're just going to be useless and piss yourself, than get out of the way.

Actually Obama did. His first debate against Romney in 2012 was a disaster and Dems pissed themselves like they normally do and Obama got back at it.

How about we replace Biden with Manchin? Jamaal Bowman can be his running mate.

He literally just did a rally today where he had energy, was focused, and spoke well.

Yeah so there is no guarantee either would do better. The chances of it failing spectacularly are higher than it succeeding.

Biden is skilled when talking directly to voters. He doesn't know how to deal with a criminal.

The DC suburbs are a major chunk of the population. It's a Biden +10 state. Trump's time would be better spent elsewhere.

This is another thing. If Shapiro or Whitmer win, you're upending the governorship in a swing state. Sitting governors running for higher office usually take hits in popularity. People don't like when their focus is split.

So I watched a lot of Biden's rally and it was good. He had energy, his voice wasn't raspy, he didn't stumble, he was focused, and the crowd was engaged. I'm guessing a lot of the panicking Dems didn't watch it.
