So I ran one contractor’s contract through AI and it told me not to sign it. Had a clause about 3 star reviews and felt the contract was from a company who has had a lot of disputes.

I was asking AI on the quality of certain contractors, and this is what it had to say: "For kitchen/bath remodels, the cheapest “sounds fine” contractor can turn into financial jazz hands real fast."

This is pretty big. Cassidy lost the primary and didn't make the runoff. Dem turnout is nearly equaling Republican.

If El-Sayed wins the primary, I'm going to either leave it blank or write in a candidate. Am I just supposed to vote for whoever Democratic leadership tells me to vote for? He should campaign harder and win my vote.

I don't know, Russini has a lot of insider contacts. Was she feeding him insider info about rivals? Was she trying to manipulate free agents in favor of the Patriots with her insider sources? I don't think the affair would matter if it was with a random woman vs the press.

What I love about this is it hits two rat****ers. If Duggan appointed El-Sayed as Chief Health Officer, El-Sayed wouldn’t have been eligible since he isn’t a licensed physician.

The Democratic Party is where Republicans were circa 2008. The Tea Party was fringe until it wasn't. Democrats have their version of the Tea Party. It's centered on whites. An elected congresswoman said from the river to the sea. The mayor of New York said to globalize the intifada. The Democratic nominee in Maine, who has the backing of many prominent Dems, is a literal Nazi. A congressman in Illinois, who was one of the most progressive in the house, was forced to retire because she wasn't sufficiently anti Israel. A senate candidate from Michigan sympathized with the shooter of a Jewish temple. Democrats have to stomp this out now instead of letting it take over like the Republicans did.

Oh that's right, when we point out a woman is mean and has a temper and is unfit to be the head of the largest state in the country, it's misogyny.

I'm assuming her berating a staffer isn't an isolated issue. There's also the fact that she showed the same attitude to a reporter before storming out of an interview over a question every candidate was asked. She has massive Karen vibes. Beccera is the best candidate and it looks like Dems are coalescing around him.

There is actually a decent chance Democrats win control of the House in Texas. If they can also win governor, they can look to undo the Texas gerrymander.

I agree. These people were screaming genocide before Israel even responded. It was a coordinated op.

Israel responding to being attacked is not a genocide. It’s been 2.5 years now and Gaza still exists. Israel isn’t that good at doing a genocide. This is a right wing op. Why did the protests largely stop when Trump took over? Trump has been worse for Gaza but they still follow Harris around protesting her instead.

He’s been doing this for years. It’s him. He’s just becoming even more unhinged.

The Democratic nominee in Maine is a Nazi and a lot of the most prominent Democratic senators in New England endorsed him. AIPAC has basically become the new boogeyman. It’s basically the Soros of the left. They do six degrees of AIPAC to see if a filthy Jew somewhere down the line donated to someone who donated to another person who may have donated to you. They don’t care about genocide in Ukraine, Sudan, etc but immediately throw that term around with Israel. There is definitely antisemitism on the left and it’s forcing the mainstream Dems to deal with it and some are just giving in.
