  1. New entrant into the MI-10 race. This was a district that was winnable but the Democrats ignored it, Stevens carpetbagged in MI-11, and Marlinga lost by 0.5% being severely underfunded.
  2. Just imagine if Whitmer did this with GM or Ford.
  3. But what do people at a diner in Ohio think about all this?
  4. I don't think Hurts is a no brainer. He's had one year of elite play. He's also a QB who relies on his legs and they are more injury prone (Hurts has already missed time due to injury) and age quicker. I would have felt better about Goff after 2018 than I do about Hurts but the Eagles really had no choice. I do think there is a bit of risk, more so than someone like Burrow or Herbert.
  5. They didn't have much choice. He's entering the last year of his contract. You could run into a Lamar Jackson situation and have to franchise him. He could also be Wentz 2.0. It's a risk either way.
  6. Don't they know you can only win with a QB on a rookie contract?
  7. Travon Walker was a late riser last year. It seemed like Thibodeaux was the favorite for a while and ended up being the third pass rusher taken.
  8. Wouldn't be surprised if the mystery coach is on the Lions.
  9. I would be upset because it would be a wasted pick like Jake Rudock, Nate Sudfeld and Brad Kaaya. Holmes have drafted the likes of Malcolm Rodriguez and James Houston in the 6th round, no need to waste it on a QB.
  10. The Applebee's comparison is good. Everyone likes Applebee's but the food snob in them cannot admit they like it so they pretend they have 4 star tastes but would rather be at Applebee's. Biden has been the most progressive president since Johnson. He hasn't merely been a placeholder that a lot of people thought he would be.
  11. Speaking of Twitter, I don't tweet much, just replies mostly to Bears fans, but starting April 1st my tweets were only getting about 3-4 views. I decided to randomly tag Elon Musk in a reply and it got over 300 views within an hour.
  12. Richardson isn't good enough to take at 6 but they will take him at 18 and that's suppose to be the future of your franchise and enough to move on from a good QB you don't want to pay?
  13. I figured if they knew he was from Chicago they would run and take cover.
  14. I would rather see James Mitchell at TE1. He's healthy now so lets see what he can do. Brock Wright is a fine blocking TE. I think they are better at TE than people give them credit for.
  15. Don't think it means they are targeting a TE but interesting no less.
  16. I'm surprised he's still around.
  17. I mean, teams kept hiring New England guys despite the fact that almost all of them always failed. The fact is every head coach except Caldwell left the Lions with a losing record. Schwartz inherited an 0-16 team and got them to 10 wins and the playoff in 3 seasons. I feel his immaturity may have gotten in the way which is something that can be learned from. Scwartz left the Lions and was a pretty good defensive coordinator with multiple teams. Other teams just aren't going to hire coaches from losing organizations. Caldwell is the only one who has gotten some consideration and that's because he left with a winning record and he led the Colts to a Super Bowl.
