    As much as we try to solve what is going on at the border, until the root cause of why people are fleeing South America is fixed, we will always have a border crises. I don’t know what the solution is to that.

    This is the first game I’ve watched more than a quarter of this year. Aside from the complete uncompetitiveness of the team, the one thing I noticed was the giant Platinum Equity logo on the court. It’s like being branded with a Nexium logo by a dollar store Don Johnson. He’s just mocking us at this point.

    I just sat through a full quarter of this. Thought they might put up a good fight against the dreadful Spurs, and looked to see Wembanyama play. That’s all I needed. Good lord.

    Does Verlander still have three good season left in the tank to get there? He was still good last year, even though his K rate dropped a bit. I’m hoping he does, but it seems up in the air with his age.
