If they were actually originalists they would know that there's no authority in the constitution for judiciary to overturn laws. That power was granted to the court by the court itself in Marbury v Madison, not by the words of the constitution

I think they want to flog the issue for electoral gain. Which is another flaw in Es argument which seems to rely on the notion that a politician flogging immigration means there's an immigration problem.

Well that's pretty messed up.... I am unfamiliar with that form so I looked it up and it definitely does ask exacly what MIGuy said. Is it always the case that someone indicted would be denied purchase? In other words could he answer yes on that question and still be allowed to purchase?
