  1. In spite of taking the TD off it was a 10m drive and had Chris Jones on a knee!
  2. The best thing that could happen to the Bengal’s passing game is to keep handing the ball off. 😂
  3. That last pick was atrocious. If it gets by Anzalone, Kirby is standing there waiting for it, because it’s a good 5y behind the receiver.
  4. We’re sending more than just 4 linemen pretty regularly, but nobody is getting home.
  5. 2 def. calls sending LB or DB and dropping a lineman into coverage, once Hutch, once Davenport. Both big completions. We can stop doing that.
  6. Question: when a team makes a claim for a released rookie, does the rookie have any ability to “deny” the claim and not sign, essentially become a free agent? Waiving Meeks and trading Patrick has me thinking. It’s walking away from two good depth options, unless Meeks has the freedom to dictate a return. ?
  7. I think that’s a 50/50 shot, and like Cardinal says, won’t be upset if he’s gone.
  8. Very next play-INT. Bye!
  9. I was really pulling for Hooker, he’s just not good enough. If they keep 3, he better start practicing Lou Gehrig’s line.
  10. Used to be a huge Wings fan back in the glory days. Since then is more just keep an eye on standings and watch from afar. That kick they got when Blashill was let go and McLellan took over brought me back a bit, thinking the Yzerplan is good, it was the coach...now...what a disappointment! Agree with the sentiment above about reworking the front office.
  11. Hey Gozer, I am also a local and I am of the same opinion regarding Milton. He has good college stats, especially at UT, but when I compare him against Hooker's UT time, the difference is significant. Different teams and all that, but it helps me validate my "eh" feeling about Milton. Edit to add: Also given his size and apparent strength, he's not a dual threat. So even more "eh" when classifying him as a pocket QB.
  12. Along the same lines, I think too much emphasis on age. Yea he's 27. I recall comments nationally about Tim Patrick's 2y of injuries being framed as he's fresher than his career might indicate. All perspective. Also, can't imagine he'd get much in return. Not worth a trade by himself. If you package him to move up for a player, maybe, but obviously the would they would have a replacement in mind that we don't know.
  13. I bet the R Tackle will be there at 28 🙃. That reminded me of the time Jadaveon Clowney blew through the M offensive line. Guy made lots of money with that play.
  14. New name to me, but coming from TB I am encouraged and glad they are not 'wasting' any time. Move on and move on NOW.
  15. The game was really a disaster period. The landslide started when up 7-3 and driving to maybe make it 14-3, St. Brown slipped/tripped and Goff fumbles. The trip does not happen and it's a whole different game. Maybe we still lose, but at that point, Wash scored again and we fell behind. The pressure was so much greater, to keep scoring, for him AND Johnson. I think both pressed, too hard.
  16. Wash did to us what we did to others. Made us one dimensional. The D couldn’t control the game and we played from behind. Bad game, disappointing as hell.
  17. Wash running “no huddle” but subbing in players so ref has to give Lions some time to respond, minimizing the impact. Seen two instances of Lions still huddling up while Wash is ready to go.
  18. Gibbs, 4 touches, 2 first downs and a touchdown! Add: and a 9yd run 💪🏻
