  1. The one good thing about Monday Night Football is if you suffer from insomnia having Joe Buck on the broadcast is always a cure.
  2. What's the reasoning for Arizona being more competitive than were against the Ravens? Did we just play that poorly and have a bad scheme against the Ravens? Did the Cardinals have a better scheme or learn and make adjustments from our game? We beat a mobile QB in Mahomes and then struggled against both Smith and Jackson, is it a mobile QB issue?
  3. How the effff was Arizona more competitive than we were against Baltimore?
  4. Yeah, that's one for sure. But him being on the injury list again, after spending a portion of last season on it, worries me. He played in 10 games last year and only in 2 of 7 so far this year.
  5. I'd hate to see how bad Arizona would beat us 😂😂😂
  6. Josh Paschal is questionable. Has this guy done anything of note, ever, in his Detroit Lions career?
  7. Adam Vinateri was a stud in Indianapolis.
  8. The more I think about it, the more I feel they are going to make a move in the secondary and not the defensive front 4 if a trade happens. I think given all the injuries to guys like Ceedy Duce (formally CJ Gardner Johnson), Emmanuel Moseley, and Jerry Jacobs, it is more probably I feel that they trade for someone in the secondary like an Adoree Jackson or Budda Baker type of player.
  9. I'll never not believe she is a total phony. If you want to call yourself Lady Gaga as a stage name instead of Stefani Germanotta, that's fine. Lots of singers have stage names. If you want to dress in different, weird, or unique costumes on stage, that's fine too. I love KISS and they built a career out of it. But to want me to believe that his is the type of person you really are, even when he lights and camera aren't on you, that I cannot do. I am just not going to believe this is how you really are behind the scenes and that you aren't just doing this all for the media attention. I also don't believe she refers to her real life friends as Little Monsters. She's got a fantastic PR team, I'll give her that.
  10. I would love to acquire a high-end talent like Brian Burns, Chase Young, Maxx Crosby, Danielle Hunter, or Budda Baker. I just don't see us in the market for that type of a talent given the draft capital we would likely have to give up and the cap hit that player might take up. I still believe Holmes, if he makes a move at all, will trade for a mid-level starter on defense or a rotational player like Montez Sweat, Cam Jordan, or Adoree Jackson. I think Holmes likes to have draft capital at his expense and likes to sign guys that are on more team-friendly deals. I believe Holmes wants to save his cap space for his guys, That he's drafted as well. If that is the case, I partially disagree with it. If you have the chance to get a game changing talent, when you're on the cusp of being a very good team and a division winner, you need to make a impact move now when you're team has its window to win open.
  11. Amazing what adding a real goal scorer can do for a team though. This team's hot steak is directly correlated to Debrincat coming in. I don't know what his WAR rating is, but it has to be a high number above his replacement from last season.
  12. See what happens when you get rid of Kenny, you even get better looking.
  13. Gibbs hasn't looked sensational by any means, but he's had good runs in and outside the tackles, but they seem comfortable sticking with him and giving him a heavy workload just yet. If you can get 4 yards a carry consistently that's really good, but they aren't giving him enough carries to fully judge how he would do yet as a runner, not just a weapon.
  14. See, this is why I wanted Debrincat so damn bad this off-season. What a soring machine he has been. Obviously, his pace of play will slow down at some point this year, but really, truly, enjoy it while it lasts.
  15. Our own government and intelligence communities (albeit likely through political pressure and manipulation) once said Saddam was trying to by yellow-cake uranium from Niger to make a nuclear weapon and that there were aluminum tubes that contained chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction. Pardon me if I have a little reservation over this.
  16. Jalen Carter, at least very early on in his career, looks like a he could be a defensive playmaker or someone who will develop into one. He's got the interior pass rush presence that we needed. Gibbs looks alright thus far, not terrible by any means, but no one special, worthy of a top 10 pick.
  17. How did the Colts and Steelers win then?
  18. Goff had two fumbles and an INT with two total turnovers. The offensive line gave up 5 sacks and had multiple penalties. They had 6 yards after the first quarter and it took them three drives to even get a first down. Their defense got shredded on big play after big play. Anzalone and Campbell were rough out there and their secondary was terrible in coverage. This was an ugly loss and a clown show IMO.
  19. Whoever has Mark Andrews on their fantasy team is a lucky, lucky person today.
  20. Another Goff fumble. He's been brutal today alongside everyone else.
  21. That was as bad a half of football that I've watched since the Seattle game last year. This looked like a team and a coaching staff that isn't ready for primetime yet. Bad in every aspect of the game.
