So much of playing QB is between the ears. Williams may prove me wrong down the road, but so far he's nothing more than a less-athletic Justin Fields. He's learning he can't run backwards for 10 yards and get away with it like he did at USC. Bears drafted the wrong QB

Forgot to mention 30th in QBR and 29th in completion %. Or that he plays so poorly to start games that his stats get padded from playing catch up. And of course his INTs are low. He’s too scared to throw the ball. He gets sacked more than any QB in the league because he won’t let go of it. I’ll admit he’s good at causing broken plays with indecisiveness, running for his life, then heaving a hero ball while doing the splits in midair. Really good at that

The Bears totally swallowed the “generational” hype and never even brought Daniels in for a look. Despite having a better season than Williams. Can you believe that? It’s such a contrast to Brad Holmes and how deep he goes with player evaluation. Poles has a purple thumb for drafting. Warren blocks hiring Jim Harbaugh for petty personal reasons.
