  1. I like 27-9. Let's make this a blowout
  2. Another missed layup. That was an easy TD
  3. Breathing room. Need to keep scoring
  4. With an official standing right there. That should've been a flag
  5. Herbstreit trying to make excuses for that. It was obviously offsides
  6. Goff had a layup there. Easy TD to Jaymo
  7. Nice. That was some Ben Johnson-level play calling by Dan that entire drive
  8. The interior OL is just killing this offense. Game after game
  9. Concussion. Harper is done. They won't let him play anymore tonight
  10. Trivia: The whole ‘drink the Kool-Aid’ neologism stems from the Jim Jones thing of course… but they actually didn’t drink Kool-Aid laced with cyanide. It was Flavor Aid. At some point it got misnamed as Kool-Aid, and stuck ever since. So I always correctly say “drink the Flavor Aid”. Just to be smug
  11. Honestly, who can say either way about any of this? At this point I'm having difficulty trusting this team any longer
  12. Slay's available https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/steelers-cornerback-darius-slay-released/
  13. Good point. Still like their chances to overtake the Bears since they're done playing the Packers. With one matchup remaining, they have an opportunity to take a game away from Chicago. They can even be a game behind going in
  14. Wouldn’t we *not* want to root for the Bears? I’d rather they lose to the Packers next week and swap positions. The Lions aren’t winning the division this year, so let Green Bay have it. Detroit’s best chance at getting in is to overtake the Bears as a wildcard, not the Packers with their two head-to-head wins. Beat Dallas next week, and with a Bears loss to GB it closes the gap to one game. Bingo: that wildcard spot is there for the taking since the Lions get to play the Bears again. Even if they go into Chicago a game back… win it and they’re in. I think this is correct? Someone check my math
  15. Just rub some dirt on it Frank. Let's go!
  16. I'll skip the presser. Already know what Campbell is going to say. "We have some things to clean up, man" "I believe, you know, we haven't played our best football yet" "It's who we are"
  17. I didn't mind him doing that when Ragnow was at center and the offense was full-strength. They were nearly unstoppable. He has to get it through his Motor City meat head that he can't expect the same results with backups all over the field. He's the king of doing it when he shouldn't
  18. No pressure on Love decided this game
  19. Of course the D today wasn't going to stop them
  20. Goff has kind of a Forrest Gump running style. Run Forrest!
  21. That's one knock on Campbell. He does this a lot. Doing the same failed play over and over expecting different results
  22. Back is probably the worst spot for a tight end or OLineman to injure. Let’s hope it doesn’t linger for his career
  23. They also beat the Eagles. And the Chargers. And nearly beat the Broncos. And gave the Packers and Bears fits
