  1. Honestly, who can say either way about any of this? At this point I'm having difficulty trusting this team any longer
  2. Slay's available https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/steelers-cornerback-darius-slay-released/
  3. Good point. Still like their chances to overtake the Bears since they're done playing the Packers. With one matchup remaining, they have an opportunity to take a game away from Chicago. They can even be a game behind going in
  4. Wouldn’t we *not* want to root for the Bears? I’d rather they lose to the Packers next week and swap positions. The Lions aren’t winning the division this year, so let Green Bay have it. Detroit’s best chance at getting in is to overtake the Bears as a wildcard, not the Packers with their two head-to-head wins. Beat Dallas next week, and with a Bears loss to GB it closes the gap to one game. Bingo: that wildcard spot is there for the taking since the Lions get to play the Bears again. Even if they go into Chicago a game back… win it and they’re in. I think this is correct? Someone check my math
  5. I'll skip the presser. Already know what Campbell is going to say. "We have some things to clean up, man" "I believe, you know, we haven't played our best football yet" "It's who we are"
  6. I didn't mind him doing that when Ragnow was at center and the offense was full-strength. They were nearly unstoppable. He has to get it through his Motor City meat head that he can't expect the same results with backups all over the field. He's the king of doing it when he shouldn't
  7. Of course the D today wasn't going to stop them
  8. Goff has kind of a Forrest Gump running style. Run Forrest!
  9. That's one knock on Campbell. He does this a lot. Doing the same failed play over and over expecting different results
  10. Back is probably the worst spot for a tight end or OLineman to injure. Let’s hope it doesn’t linger for his career
  11. They also beat the Eagles. And the Chargers. And nearly beat the Broncos. And gave the Packers and Bears fits
  12. If the Lions lose this game, and the Bears and Vikings win... Detroit will be in last place in the division. And yes, this is being said in November
  13. Al-Quadin Muhammad had been outperforming him all year. Brad Holmes: smarter than all of us
  14. A bit of some Lions brand damage on national TV. That was ugly by Branch
  15. Ok. Quick TD, recover the onside kick, score winning TD
  16. This looks more like the week one Lions. You have to admit, their wins have come against some crap teams so far. Still in first place though
  17. There's the obligatory Taylor Swift shot
