Starting to see that Bufkin kid from Michigan mocked into the bottom third of the lottery. His stock has gone up quite a bit.

Well, two of those are not measurements. Also not real sure how impressive 40% is for college. I consider >= 40% to be a good shooter overall. C&S should be higher.

An ideal rebuild has you in the playoffs before your stars are extension eligible. The difference between regular season and the playoffs is pretty big in the NBA. You really would like to see your guys performance in a playoff series or two before you have to start offering them max/big money contracts.

Three of the five guys Miami closed the game with tonight were not drafted. Strus, Martin, and Vincent all came into the league as free agents. I assume Butler and Bam were the other two on the floor (I didn't watch). So that would mean of the 5 guys Bam was the highest draft pick at #14. Butler at #30 and the other three not drafted. Crazy.

The Athletic did a mock draft with all the teams beat writers. JEIII picked Amen for Detroit. Victor, Scoot, Miller, and Whitmore went top 4. I find it hard to believer that Houston would pass on Amen. They need a PG in the worst way.

Arenas took a gun to an arena, which is team/league property. Ja did nothing wrong other than provide some terrible optics. Even if Silver bangs him for a big amount of games, the union isn't going to sit by and allow that.

Combine measurements are out. Without shoes Hendricks measured 6'8.25". His wingspan was 7'0.5". His standing reach was 8'11".

A friend has all EGO equipment. Mower, snow blower, weed trimmer, and hedge clippers. He raves about them all. I would go that route if I cut my own grass. I have a bigger yard so I would need a zero turn but I see EGO even has one of those now.

Sam Vecenie release a post lottery mock. He has Detroit taking Whitmore which would be really disappointing. He has Hendricks going 6th. He says he shot 39.4% from the field but he meant from three. If Hendricks is at 5 he should absolutely be the pick. I love everything I have watched about him.
