    8 first round picks. He has drafted in the 1st round a starting 5 and 3 bench players. They still can't win 30 games. That is not collecting talent. You need a star or stars to win a title in this league. You don't need one to win 30 games. 8 FRPs should be plenty to do that.

    Weaver has 4 (Hayes, Ivey, Cade, Asuar) draft picks in the top 7 on this team. He also made 4 other 1st round picks in Sasser, Duren, Bey, and Stewart. All that and they are still going to battle for a top 5 pick this year.

    Curious to see if Haliburton can keep this up. He lead Indiana over Philly tonight. 33 points, 15 rebounds on 11-18 shooting (7-12 from three) and 0 turnovers.

    Hopefully Weaver feels the same way Buddha does about Lavine. I worry he tries to jump start this corpse of a franchise by making a flashy move like a Lavine.
