One of the cap gurus wrote an article today. They mentioned Detroit could get to $20 million in cap space. So now some fans are saying use the $20 million to sign someone new, then use the MLE to keep Beasley. That is not how it works. You can not double-dip like that. You would take the $20 million number and subtract the MLE from it, which is $14 million. So instead of just having the MLE to spend, the Pistons would get an extra $6 million for a total of $20 million.

I think I would rather stay in the NBA. If I was going to jump to the wild west, it would only be at a school like Michigan or OSU. Someone with the ammunition to compete.

People cooled on SPACs so they are moving to this now? I would be concerned about a lack of available financial information. A hedge fund manager wanting to put a billion dollars in will be given access to that info. One of us putting $15,000 in won't get that access. Then again, I have a buddy that invested in Amazon. He had no clue what AWS is. AWS makes up about half of Amazon's profits. How could you invest in a company and not know where 50% of its profits come from? Want to Invest in a Private Company? Have the Bulls been playing better since moving Lavine? I see the just went 4-2 on a road trip. They had a 4 game in streak before that.

They degrade the sound for streaming. We have a very basic 3.1 home theater setup. The same show/movie on Netflix vs Blu-ray is amazing.
