Does a 15 year old run his social media?

If nothing else, Ballmer has provided a ton of content for talking heads during what is normally a dead period.

Week One: Detroit Lions (0-0) @ Green Bay Packers (0-0)

This offense can't score 17 points. Game over. -
Barrons ran an article saying Trump has narrowed his Fed Chair choices to 3 candidates. Trump Confirms Finalists for Fed Chair: Hassett, Waller, and Warsh I used ChatGP to rate each one a dove or hawk on a scale of 1-10. Here is the prompt I used and the results. Kevin Hassett had the least amount of data. ChatGPT actually used interview comments because he has written so little. Not sure I would take this all that serious, its just to get an idea. Plus, what one writes vs what one tells the President could be very different. People grovel when they want a job. I just thought it was interesting to see. The prompt, name changed each time obviously:

Round of 16 has started in Eurobasket. Finland upset Serbian today. Laurie Markennan had 29 and 8 with 4 steals. Jokic had 33 and 8 with 3 steals in the loss.

Did anyone see the F1 movie? We saw it a few weeks ago and it was pretty blah. Racing scenes were amazing, but the story and acting were not great, and I'm usually a Brad Pitt fan.

Maybe I'm wrong on the 2030 part. On years they swap picks, I guess they could revoke the swapped pick LAC received. But with Kahwi gone, there is a shot LAC finishes below the team they are swapping with, and no swap will happen.
-
Good point about the draft picks. Looks like every pick through 2029 has been traded or swapped for LAC. So 2030 is the first pick they could take away. The CBA says a player who knowingly participated in this will be fined $350,000. He will also have his contract voided but no suspension. So if it's voided before the season, he can just sign with some other team. Nobody has any money left, so he will take a bit of a financial hit since he was set to make $50 million this year. Benefits of a strong union.

McLaren would have fired me today. No way am I giving that spot back to Norris. Sometimes it's really hard to take formula one seriously. Max laughing at them on the radio was classic.

The original investigation into Epstein was started by the Palm Beach PD when the family of a 14 year old girl came to them and said Epstein had molested her.

Great article highlighting all the hidden costs the tariffs bring. Like they say, red tape is a cost.

I figured someone would eventually do the math, and someone has. You can sign bigger contracts when you stay with your team vs. leaving via free agency. The difference between the LAC contract Kawhi signed and the one he could have signed with Toronto, $49 million. Another point I saw someone bring up. The Clippers are a tax paying team. So hiding this money off the books means they paid less of a tax. Tax payments go to other non-tax paying teams. So Ballmer cost the rest of the league money by doing this. I'm sorry, he cost them money by being swindled.

No idea WTF Florida was doing.

I guess the media guys don't actually go in with the players. Looks like they honored the media people tonight. Blaha, Woj, Clark Kellog, Michelle Smith, and Jeff Twiss were honored.

That isn't AI?

Friday night. Going to put my feet up, maybe pour a bourbon, spend the next 3 hours figuring out which streaming services I need to watch the games this weekend.
