  1. Yeah Riley coming through like that on an 0-2 count was good to see. More evidence that he may have ice in his veins.
  2. Willi Castro, Schoop and Barnhart in the ninth lmao
  3. I mean it was way too close but he clearly did touch it with his heel
  4. My god. That Schoop/Barnhart/Baddoo series of ABs. I can't watch this anymore tonight.
  5. Again, we are an awful baseball team. He wants to win. Why in the world would he want to come here?
  6. Regardless if we have the pieces or not - which imo we do - why would Soto want to go from one loser of a team to another? I'm pretty sure the whole point is that he wants to go to a team that has a chance to win right now.
  7. What is your specific issue with Hinch in this context?
  8. We're really just gonna go down with the ship with Candy, hey?
  9. I try not to get too worked up about lineups but Robbie in the 5 slot is fucking insane. Put literally anybody else there, please
  10. Regardless of tonight, I think it's a safe bet to say already that Miggy is our All Star rep.
  11. Well, at least it is nice so far to have the April/May version of the Tigers bullpen back again tonight.
  12. Seems reactionary to say it now but if we didn't learn this weekend, Haas needs to be in the lineup right now everyday over Tucker.
  13. Faedo having lots of trouble with his fastball. This could get out of hand quickly.
  14. Javy showing some fire. This is great.
  15. He did but Shep and Jack literally did not mention it at all. Just that "George Lombard will take over as manager" while the camera caught AJ descending the steps into the clubhouse. Just the worst broadcast in the game.
  16. Is Riley seriously walking up to Nickelback??
  17. Seriously not a bad swing by Tork. I'll take it as a good sign.
  18. The less Tucker at this point the better for me. Would love to see Rogers return in September and make Barnhart truly expendable. Dreaming, I know.
  19. I've felt the same about Haase's last few at bats. Also, he's apparently stepped up vocally in the clubhouse when nobody else seemingly would. Let him go out there and try and find it again, I say.
  20. I hear what you're saying but this was a catchable ball that he just clearly had no interest in pushing for. It was pretty inexcusable.
