  1. I wouldn't call Vierling a minor leaguer at this point
  2. Thats a solid trade on the surface
  3. It's amazing how much higher the rest of the league views Gregory Soto than Tigers fans do... or at least baseball media anyway
  4. 100%. That would be a nice get for the infield
  5. For such an influential media figure, you'd think he would know of the existance of Joe Manchin or Kyrsten Sinema.
  6. Whi gets more votes in a Presidential election: Kanye or John Bolton? My money is on the former lol
  7. How it started How it ended
  8. In terms of the prospects of coalition government, after seeing this process play out, if the Dems had picked up/held a couple more seats (something like 219-216), the prospect would have been a higher probability with the volatility of the GOP Caucus. 222-212 is narrow, but not narrow enough. We will have to see how that changes as McCarthy gets further in and as the debt ceiling approaches whether we see changes in leadership
  9. The guy who lunged at him is Chairman of Armed Services, so maybe that
  10. He doesn't know where his caucus lies most of the time and seems unable to count votes. Not a recipe for success
  11. What a rollercoaster
  12. Haha, unbelievable turn of events
  13. What's scary for Team Kevin is that Gaetz/Boebert probably were the movable ones
  14. It looked like some punches were about to be thrown lol
  15. It all comes down to Gaetz, because of course it does.
  16. Now that McCarthy appears to be in line to get the position:
  17. Very scientific lol
  18. They may not find much of any, but its better than sitting around and doing nothing (which was the Avila approach) My objection is that some continually keep drawing a line between Harris and Avila when this is a clear cut example of how the two are much different.
  19. I have seen a lot of people that have complained about his approach in terms of churning players since this offseason has began. Including on this board.
  20. Yellowstone is not woke lol... it's really not that much different than Succession in a lot of ways, for instance, it's just that the heroes and villains are of a different stripe in terms of background and politics of the script writing (pretty conservative). And both are equally enjoyable, at least for us. It may simply be that viewers are attracted to shows that depict power dynamics within a family or a group of people that might coincide with those people having status. Which doesn't seem novel to me, given the existence of Dallas for instance
