  1. And you were worried about Jefferson...for good reason. But the Lions drafted Okudah and Swift with Hurts still on the board. You just never know what guys will do at the next level.
  2. We've gone from "how bad they'll lose" to they "should win this one" in one year. Who are you people and what have you done with MTS regulars? 🤣🤣
  3. Didn't work. We were losing yards on conservative run plays anyway. Campbell already took responsibility for bone headed play calling at the end, trying to run the clock out with a lead. We needed ONE more first down to seal the game.
  4. Dan Campbell's streak continues. He's never won a road game as our coach. I would bet he wins at least one this season. If he stops choking.
  5. Going for it on 4th down at midfield was also very, very stupid. Coaches have been fired for less. Of course, it led to a Viking TD.
  6. The Lions are in last place. Sound familiar?
  7. There's a really good reason teams don't go forward on 4th down from midfield. You play with fire and you'll get burned
  8. Watch out for Green Bay. Is Rodgers good enough to pass the ball and then run down the field and catch it? All of his receivers are hurt.
  9. I agree we may win. The biggest difference I see is where the game is being played. The Lions on the road against a team that beat Green Bay in Minnesota. Not gonna be as easy as some people think. It's really hard to win on the road in the NFL.
  10. The level of Lions support amazes and delights me. However, this is their 1st road game. And the Vikings are a much better team at home. Vikings. 38 Lions 31
  11. Didn't they show a stat last night about a very good Philly receiver who had zero catches against Detroit? Devonta Smith?
  12. Exactly. Putting players in the best position for success. Building confidence and having their backs is the sign of a good coach. It's been awhile since we've had that. Wayne Fontès?
  13. Nice little comeback by him. Schoop with a very good play.
  14. It's been over for 1/2 an hour here.
  15. What if the 1st round pick we get from the Rams is actually lower than our pick? Mind blown....
  16. Prolly already posted. These guys would run thru a wall for him;
  17. Our OL isn't even healthy. This is unexpected. But enjoyable.
  18. Put the game in the refs hands. What could go wrong? 😑😑
  19. I remember the Seattle game years ago when the officials didn't penalize Seattle for knocking the ball out of the end zone, on purpose. An obvious missed call that would have gotten us a win. The coach at the time said we needed to be winning so big, it makes a bad call meaningless. Win big please...
  20. I agree. I guess I understand why the UM fans didn't find yesterday's game boring. I want this game to essentially be over by the 3rd quarter.
  21. With an injured OL, it may be a good idea to let Swift get his ankle better so he doesn't injure it worse and miss multiple games.
  22. They've played one game and their OL is decimated. And Swift may be out? SOL...just don't play in the preseason...they may get hurt...🤔🤔
