I was watching Colorado and they have a young pitcher who has amazing movement on his pitches. I <think> it was Dollander. He doesn't have great stats but he looked pretty tough to hit.
But no matter where we're playing, it's only early May, a very long season. And resting players during an easy part of the schedule is a great idea. If we win tonight, we may see multiple players being rested. It's the smart thing to do, long term.
Hinch has so many pieces he can move around the field. And they're quality players that can play a good defense at multiple positions. Meadows needs to get back and re-claim CF. Zach may just have to go back filling in where needed and giving Hinch the choice of multiple moves.
