  1. Blaha said Stewart was filling in for Harris. Does anyone else think Stew should be starting? Edit; oh, I see, he's getting starter minutes off the bench. Still...these slow starts ..ugh
  2. 1st quarter blues even against a bottom feeder. Nice little lead you have there, Jersey. It would be a shame if anything happened to it. 😆😆
  3. So air traffic controllers are showing up for work but not getting paid. But these clowns aren't showing up for work but are still getting paid? Of these 2 groups, which one is more important?
  4. My neighbor's huge tree is right over my driveway. As much as I don't like it, I feel bad for her. She's a single mom of 3 and works her butt off to support her children. The estimate she got to remove the tree was 5 grand. There's no way she could afford that.
  5. Would you want the Tigers to sign him if it meant giving up a draft pick? I sure would. That should never be a reason to pass on an established player, IMO.
  6. Yeah, from Western Michigan University. Very sad...so young. 😟😟
  7. I'm glad we don't see Jaymo throwing passes again.
  8. The draft pick involved comes from the club signing him? If so, it sounds like a good deal. Torres for a draft pick. I would make that deal any day.
  9. I don't know. He came here on a one year deal to try to have a good season so he would get some long term offers. At 29, he may not get as many years if he plays another season. If he turns it down and doesn't get any offers, he could always sign a one year deal at that point. But he was an All Star, I would be kinda surprised if he isnt offered a long term deal.
  10. I agree. Morton needs to call plays that gets the ball out really fast on pass plays. Otherwise, Goff will get killed back there.
  11. In case anyone was wondering; The Tigers tendered a one-year, $22.05 million qualifying offer to Torres on Thursday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
  12. The goalie that gave up his 900th goal tried to hide the puck down his pants...lmao
  13. Well, thats pretty good. I just see him as a rebounder, shot blocker and defense first kinda player. He did make a few big 3 pointers in the Utah game. And TBH, I'm always happy when he makes them. 🤣🤣
  14. I would say it's all the running. The Pistons rarely use the allotted shot clock time. So quicker shots means more possessions. I don't know the stats but do they take way more shots than league average? That would be an interesting statistic. I don't think Stew should be shooting 3 pointers, against Utah, he had back to back misses. Drives me crazy. Sure, he may be working on the 3 pointers and maybe he's getting better but....just stop it!! It reminds me of something Jim Leyland said once...he hated to see a little slap hitter hit a home run because then he kept swinging for the fences. And that's not his game. Stewart's game shouldn't be hoisted up 3 pointers. Just an opinion.
  15. Stewart set that guy up. Lurked and waited for the guy to put it up. Moved quickly and swatted it away. Beautiful.
  16. "Good evening and welcome to another exciting evening of NBA basketball." George Blaha is a Detroit legend.
  17. Ahhh...thanks for this post. I didn't realize i could get WXYZ (ABC in detroit) through my Amazon account. I can watch Monday Night Football on that, I think. Hopefully, YouTube TV works out their issues. Billionaires trying to figure out how to share money....ugh.
  18. He wears makeup, very poorly, and spends enough to support a family of 4 on his hair. Maybe he's a woman trapped in a fat man's body? 🤣🤣
  19. He's talking about money spent on hair?? The guy who wrote off 10's of thousands of dollars on his taxes for....hair care? Just more projection from the most corrupt politician in history. https://www.gq.com/story/trump-hair-tax-deduction
  20. Trump will never learn or understand just how big of a loser he is and how he's a total failure at everything he touches. The guy who bankrupted casinos should have endorsed Democrats in the elections he wanted Republicans to win. It was their only chance. 😅😅😅
  21. Good point. To be honest, I would pass on him and put all of the work into making a deal for another 3rd baseman.
  22. Yeah, I say don't even offer him unless it's a deal that can be quickly done. The Tigers need to find a player for 3rd base, either through free agency or trade. Waiting on his decision for 3 months again shouldn't be an option. Go ahead and offer him a competitive contract but keep looking at all the possible options. I'm really not sure about using Keith, Ibanez, McKinstry and Vierling at 3rd is an option.
  23. Unpopular opinion time...if Harris offers Bregman a contract, put a time limit on it. Don't give Boras the ability to shop Bregman around using the Tiger offer until spring training. Offer and give them a couple of weeks. And then move on to find a better 3rd base option than what we have. Suarez? He may have "only" hit 16 home runs after being traded but he still hit 49 home runs.
  24. Fubo having FDS is the deciding factor. I'm going to switch it tomorrow. YouTube may rethink their business practice, losing both ABC and ESPN will cost them. As well as Disney.
